Miss Philly’s Games is built on the philosophy of “Beauty with a Purpose.” The pageant serves as the official female representation of the tournament, focusing on the following core pillars:
Youth Empowerment: Providing young women from Tembisa and surrounding areas with a stage to build self-confidence, public speaking skills, and professional networks.
Community Ambassador: The winners act as the “face” of the Phillys Games CSI initiatives, representing the brand at community outreach programs, school visits, and charity drives.
Social Advocacy: A primary focus of the pageant is standing firmly against social ills, specifically Gender-Based Violence (GBV). The contestants and the reigning Queen use their platforms to raise awareness and support for local victims.
Beyond simply holding a title, the crowned Queen becomes an
integral and active member of the Phillys Games family with a diverse range of responsibilities that span both the sporting and social calendars. Her role involves direct participation in the tournament’s logistics, such as assisting with official draws and honoring athletes by presenting awards during the high-stakes Junior, Senior, and Women’s Super Cup finals. Her impact extends far beyond the stadium as she spearheads the "We Care" community projects throughout her year of reign and fosters the next generation of leadership by mentoring future aspirants through the Miss Philly’s Games sisterhood.
