2. Ticketing & Events

2.1 Sales: All tickets (General and VIP) sold for the Philly’s Games tournament are subject to availability. 2.2 Pricing: Prices for the 2025/2026 season are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). 2.3 Refunds: Tickets are generally non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by Philly’s Games cc without a rescheduled date. 2.4 Entry: Philly’s Games cc reserves the right of admission to any venue (Mehlareng, Esiqongweni, etc.). Ticket holders must comply with safety regulations and the “Right of Admission Reserved” policy.

3. E-commerce & Payments

3.1 Payment Processing: All online payments are processed securely via PayFast. Philly’s Games cc does not store your credit card information. 3.2 Merchandise: We strive to display product colours and details accurately; however, we cannot guarantee your monitor’s display will be 100% accurate. 3.3 Shipping: Delivery times for merchandise are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services. 3.4 Returns: Merchandise can be returned within 7 days of delivery if it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

4. Tournament Registrations (Teams, Media, Vendors)

4.1 Accuracy: Applicants must provide truthful and accurate information in all registration forms. 4.2 Fees: Registration fees for teams or vendors are non-refundable once the tournament draw (e.g., 12 December 2025) has taken place. 4.3 Compliance: All registered teams agree to abide by the official Philly’s Games Rules and Regulations (including the ABBA penalty format and two-leg knockout rules).

5. Content & Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: All content, including logos, history text, images, and videos, is the property of Philly’s Games cc or its licensors. 5.2 User Content: By tagging Philly’s Games on social media or uploading content to our site, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content for promotional purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Event Risks: Participation in or attendance at sporting events involves inherent risks. Philly’s Games cc, its sponsors (Visit Gauteng, Coca-Cola, etc.), and partners are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the tournament. 6.2 Website Uptime: While we strive for 100% uptime via Creativehaus hosting, we are not liable for temporary site outages.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

7.1 POPIA Compliance: In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), we will only use your personal data to process orders, manage registrations, and send tournament updates. We will never sell your data to third parties.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Gauteng.
